Indian Immigration Policy
For applicants who have completed Class-12 or equivalent academic ranking, and have NO-ECR are allowed to travel overseas for job opportunities without the need for clearance at immigration office in the port of exit. On the other hand, for candidates who have ECR in the passport need to mandatorily obtain clearance at the immigration office prior to travelling.
