seeking a dedicated HDD Tool Finder to join our team and play a crucial role in

Key Responsibilities:
- Drilling Operations: Oversee
all aspects of HDD projects, from planning and execution to completion,
ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Maintain
strict quality control standards, ensuring all drilling operations meet
industry best practices and safety regulations.
- Problem Solving: Address any
drilling challenges or technical issues proactively, finding innovative
solutions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Safety: Promote and enforce a
culture of safety awareness, ensuring the well-being of all team members and
compliance with safety protocols.
Requirements
Experience:
- A minimum of Ten (10) years of
experience as tool finder/Locator
- Technical experience – Good
knowledge of HDD machines, tools and locating systems and survey of underground
utilities
- Leadership: Able to lead a team
of HDD drilling crew and communication skills with technical staff and labors.
- Communication
Skills: Good communication skills with all crew members and other site
personnel.
