• Supervision:
  Lead and inspire a team of HDD operators and technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure top-notch performance.
  
• Drilling Operations:
  Oversee all aspects of HDD projects, from planning and execution to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  
• Quality Control:
  Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring all drilling operations meet industry best practices and safety regulations.
  
• Problem Solving:
  Address any drilling challenges or technical issues proactively, finding innovative solutions to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  
• Safety:
  Promote and enforce a culture of safety awareness, ensuring the well-being of all team members and compliance with safety protocols.
  

Requirements

• Qualifications: B.E / B.TECH
  
• Experience:
  A minimum of Ten (10) years of hands-on HDD experience, with at least Five (05) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  
• Technical Expertise:
  Strong knowledge of HDD equipment, tools, and drilling techniques. Knowledge of operating machines and locating/tool finding and surveying of underground utilities.
  
• Leadership Skills:
  Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Problem-Solving:
  Demonstrated track record of identifying and resolving drilling-related challenges.
  
• Safety Focus:
  Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment through strict adherence to safety protocols.
